GIVEAWAY: The Gluten-Free Asian Kitchen

This giveaway is now closed.

Recently I reviewed a new gluten-free cookbook, The Gluten-Free Asian Kitchen by Laura B. Russell. (You can read my review here.) My whole family loves Laura’s cookbook and our favourite recipe from it is the Gingery Pork Pot Stickers. We tell everyone about them! (In fact, I have some in the freezer now as I write this.)

I am giving away 1 copy of The Gluten-Free Asian Kitchen to one of my email subscribers. The giveaway ends Thursday, September 15th, at midnight PST.

To enter, you simply have to be an email subscriber to Z’s Cup of Tea and the winner will be selected with The publishers have generously offered to ship a copy of The Gluten-Free Asian Kitchen to the winner.

Please leave a comment on this post with your name and email address so that I can contact you. The winner will be contacted the same day the giveaway closes. I will announce the winner on Twitter. The winner will have 48 hours to respond. If the winner has not responded within 48 hours, it will revert to the runner up.

Good luck!

  1. Hi,
I’d love to win a copy of this book! We are all gluten free in our household so this would be great. Plus, I recently met an Asian friend who has discovered she has celiac disease and doesn’t know where to start in cooking GF Asian food. What a perfect solution!

  2. Could the winner also request you make them a batch for the freezer or is that pushing it? hahah 🙂
I was on Amazon and they have an eBook version available, too, in case any one is interested.

  3. I absolutely LOVE Asian food and would LOVE to be the winner of this book! Can’t wait to find out if I am the lucky recipient.

  4. Awesome book. With a celiac friend visiting from another state sion..i have been researching the disease. This ‘page’ has been an enormous help to understand it. We love asian food and would love a copy. Goodluck everyone!

  5. I would love to win a copy of this cookbook. I have not had any Asian food in far too long. I thought it might be complicated, but after reading about this on Amazon, I decided that it might not be as hard as I thought. Good luck to everyone that’s entered, and I know whoever wins, we will all be happy we had a chance.

  6. I’m so excited about this book!!! I am currently gluten free and am in the process of “changing over” my family:-) This will definitely help in the process.
